Trillagora is an online platform that provides a place for event service providers to be found by their customers. Customers can search for all the services they need for their event from a specific region or from all over Finland and send requests for quotes directly to the operators. Trillagora does not interfere in the contracts between you and your clients, but simply helps you to find each other.

You only pay an annual fee of 89€ + VAT. There are no registration fees or other costs.
You don’t pay. You only pay the annual fee. You can trade as much as you want, and Trillagora takes nothing from you or the customer.
When you register, you create your own profile on the service. You can specify your geographical area and other boundary conditions. When you search for a service or performer using the search feature, you will see all the profiles that match your search.
The registration form asks about the type of service you provide (e.g. catering, steward, performer, technician, etc.), your location and area of operation. Your price range is asked to help customers find the right suppliers for their budget, but no exact prices are asked. You will also fill in a section on whether you are able to bill the client, as this is an important criterion for many clients today. The form contains both mandatory and optional sections. Optional, but recommended, items include a website, social media accounts and photos.
When you fill in the registration form, you will be told which items are not visible to the customer. This includes your email address.
Once a customer has found you through the service, they can choose to go to your own website and contact you directly, or once registered, they can also send you or several providers a request for quotation directly through the service. You will receive the request for quotation directly in your email, so you don’t have to visit the site to see it.
Trillagora only provides a place to find and be found, but does not get involved in the transactions between service providers and customers. Once you have received a request for a quote from a client, the discussions and arrangements are then between you. However, Trillagora wants to help all parties to work together in the best possible way, and provides a lot of practical tips and templates for registrants to do so.
Yes you can. We always recommend using some form of billing, as it makes it easier for the customer and therefore helps you to get the jobs. However, it is not necessary and you can register without a billing option.
Absolutely. When you register, you define your own domain and decide which calls for tenders you will respond to.

You can send a request for a quote to one, two or all the operators of your choice at once, using a single form.
Without registering with Trillagora, you can use the search function to browse the performers and service providers you want from different regions, explore their websites and social media accounts at your leisure, and finally contact the people you choose through their channels. By registering with Trillagora, you can also select the most suitable operators as your “favourites” and send them a request for a quote directly to your email via the form provided. The performer or service provider will be notified of your request and will reply to you directly.
Trillagora does not charge anything to anyone looking for services or performers. It is also good to know that we do not charge any commissions or commissions to the operators registered on the platform. Therefore, the price that you agree between you after the call for tenders remains entirely with the service provider. Trillagora therefore does not interfere in the agreements between you and the service providers, but simply helps you to find each other.
When the performer or service provider receives notification of your request for a quote, they will contact you at the email address you provide and communication will continue from then on as you wish. The request for proposal form will give you some preliminary tips on what you should find out before contacting us, so that the request for proposal is comprehensive and easy to respond to.
Yes you can. Through Trillagora you can also book performers for smaller events such as weddings, birthdays, yard parties, graduation parties, company parties, etc. The same applies to other service providers, e.g. furniture, tents, technical suppliers, etc.

Performers and service providers registered on Trillagora are on the platform with their own name and face or company information. Submitting a request for quotation does not commit you to anything and you can take your time to make a decision after getting to know the operator of your choice.
